Lori teams up with Shaeri Richards for this retreat, combining their years of expertise to create an extraordinary experience that will transform and enhance your life.

Shaeri is a practitioner of meditation and the healing arts for more than 40 years.  As an energy healer, she aligns with higher frequency energies, dissolving and melting energetic knots, blocks and trauma to assist her clients in returning to health and wholeness.  Shaeri trained in a Sedona healing arts academy for more than 10 years, where she studied esoteric science and the chakra system. The academy was founded by her mother. She is also a certified hypnotherapist, filmmaker, author, musician and a performing artist.

A chakra is a vital energy center that both resides in our bodies, and extends into the energy field that surrounds each of us. Old traumas and unhelpful ways of thinking can block or clog the chakras and diminish our access to the gifts they offer us.

We have 7 major chakras and many minor ones. This retreat will explore each of those major chakras, the qualities they carry and how to work with them inside of your own being.  Although we will provide information for your mind to chew on, our work together will be mostly experiential through lab experiences with the others attending. This will provide transformation for your life!

Our goal is that you return home with a greater awareness of your own chakra system, how it relates to and is intertwined with your fascial system, and how to move yourself through blocks that can result from the challenges you might encounter in your life.

Jul 19, 9-5, Professionals only, Prerequisite required for this day

The add on day for professionals is designed to apply these concepts and techniques during treatment with your patients and clients.

Prerequisite only for this Day 4, the add-on day on Jul 19: Prior MFR training of either a Myofascial Academy seminar with Lori Z or John F Barnes MFR to add on this 4th day for CEUs. We will not teach the basic principles of MFR but will build on the application of it by combining the energetic aspects of the chakras to the fascial system.

Jul 19, 9-5 with 1 hr lunch break. Professional add on day - This is an add on day for professionals to apply what they have learned into treatment form with a patient or client on a treatment table. This day will combine myofascial release techniques applied to the chakras for treatment application. Only Lori leads this day. Payment for all 4 days for 20 CEU credits = $595. Please ask questions if needing clarity!
