Myofascial Unwinding is a very natural occurrence to release old holding patterns contributing to our pain. Animals do this regularly. It is not an induced process but an unfolding of your natural essence. It has the potential to assist you to free stuck areas and arrive at a more integrated, expanded and peaceful place.

You will be in a small group of 5-6 people all supported by 2 therapists and the other group participants. The group adds power and support.
